The Winter Of My Discontent

A painting hangs upon my wall,

And it depicts some mountains tall,

Below the mountain,

Waterfalls, and streams that run afar,

And in the darkness of the night there isn't but a star.

Coffee

Sweet delicious goodness,

Packed into a cup,

Coffee is an easy way to get my good mood up.

Dump it in the filter, then dump it in a mug,

Dump it in your mouth, but don't dump it on the rug!

Best Friend

A best friend should be someone,

Who's always there for you,

A best friend should be someone who you know is always true.

A best friend never cheats,

A best friend never lies,

A best friend protects all your secrets from the gossiping flies,

They comfort you when you are sad,

And never try to make you mad,

A best friend should always be there for you.
