Poetry

You rely on everyone around you
Because you claim you can't stand for yourself
How does that feel to the rest of us?
Constantly bending under the weight of your health
Without us... where would you go,
Who would you be?
You neglect us all and trample us....
We're human like you, if you can't see
You're so headstrong,
You're 'always right',
You claim you live for love,
But it's not love, it's a fight
You confuse and abuse
All the privileges you own
If you'd stop confusing yourself,
The path is clearly shown,
There's a simple way to fix this,
This mess you call a life
But you're hellbent on misery,
And making her your wife
It's foolish, your dream
You're too young for this mess
So let go of her,
And let go of the stress
It'll be better in the long run,
Even if it hurts for a while
You're not meant for each other...
Go find a true reason to smile.
