This recipe comes from the youngest Nef, Ashleigh! Her favorite recipe is for Lipton Cheeseburgers! This is a very easy yet delicious recipe to make. To make it, you will need:
2 lbs of ground pork
1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
8 slices of yellow american cheese
A little bit of canola oil (for frying)
First, defrost your 2 lbs of ground pork completely. After this is done, put all of the ground pork in a bowl along with the Lipton soup mix. Mix this all up with either a wooden spoon or your hands.* I find wooden spoons are easier as they don't bend as much as the rubber and plastic ones.*
Next, evenly divide your meat into 8 rounded cheeseburgers. Heat up your stovetop to medium heat, add about a half an inch of canola oil to the frying pan, and cook your burgers until they are thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes each side. Put the cheese on top of the burgers about 3 minutes into the cooking of the second side. Serve with a side of french fries and/or ketchup and enjoy!!!

There is Ashleigh's recipe! Next I will be doing a recipe with dad (Monday), and finally be finishing with a recipe from me (Tuesday).
Until then,
Maddie
