Tomorrow, I am going to a place called Higgens Armory. It has the largest collection of medieval knights armor in New England. It recently opened a Viking section, which Dad is dying to see. I want to see the armor the medieval horses wore in the old days. I hope they have it. It is odd that horses wore armor- but then again if one got hurt it would bring the rider to his death.
I was hoping it would be a Dad and Maddie day, but it turns out my sister and grandmother are coming. Maybe some other time. Anyway, after the trip tomorrow, I will post pictures etc. about how everything went. Today I have been sewing a purse for my mom, no pattern. I just evened out some rags and stitched them together. It looks real pretty.
My mom bought a house today! It is a fixer-upper, but it is going to be good once it is done. Mom can always make a house a home. She has artistic flair, and I am going to help her paint and re-design. She already has her lawn mowed, so soon, she should be ready to move in. WOOT WOOT, THREE CHEERS FOR MOM!!!!!

Awesome Easy Cheese Pizza ( My Recipe )
You Will Need:
2 tortilla shells
3 cheese sticks
1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
Butter
*1 cup tomato sauce
Prep: Place one tortilla shell on a plate. Butter it to your desire. Sprinkle your grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the butter. Now put one and a half of the cheese sticks, chopped up, on top of the grated cheese. Put the second tortilla on top of the first. On top of this, place the other one and a half cheese sticks evenly. Put this concoction in the microwave for 1:30, one minute and thirty seconds, and enjoy!
* Pasta sauce is optional. I do not make it with tomato sauce since my sister is allergic to tomato. If you were to make it with tomato sauce, add the one cup before you put the second tortilla on top of the first.

Happy Memorial Day!
Happy Memorial Day everybody! Today, I get a day off from schoolwork! The reason I get the day off is because the market is closed so Dad doesn't have work and neither do I. But that isn't the real reason behind Memorial Day. Memorial Day, shockingly enough, is to honor the DEAD! The dead soldiers that fought in wars, useless, un-needed wars might I add, and gave their lives for our country.
There are a few known ways on how people spend Memorial Day:
There are a few known ways on how people spend Memorial Day:
- FIREWORKS!!!!!
- A cookout that usually ends in fireworks.
- A small family get-together, none too exciting but better than #4.
- Sitting at home alone, frowning and not appreciating your day off.
So, how do you spend your Memorial Day? Chilling out with friends? Hanging with family? Or, dare I ask, slouching at home not appreciating your day off? Please tell me how you spent your Memorial Day in the comments.

Bowling
Today, instead of getting up and doing schoolwork like normal, I went bowling with my best friend Cassie! She is going away for a country-round trip this year, and won't be back until next year. I am really going to miss you Cassie!!!! She is going to be starting a blog too, so we can still chat and stuff, but it won't be the same. She is leaving this Tuesday, so that was my last time seeing her before she goes.
Bowling was fun. I won both rounds, as Cassie and I played against each other. It was my second time bowling in my life, and I won 2 games. Not bad, eh? Cassie was only 1 point behind me on one game. There is an arcade at the bowling alley, so Cassie and I went and spent a few dollars on games and getting tickets. By the time we were done, we had about 300.
Attached to the the bowling alley was the next best thing- a pizza place! I am sure you can guess what we had for lunch- PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was really good. Then, we played a few more arcade games. There is an air hockey table, and Cassie and I started a long and hard game of air hockey. Cassie beat me, 7-3.
By this time it was about time to go, so Cassie and I combined our tickets to get 3 fun-dips ( one for Kelly, Cassie's adorable little sister), 3 small packs of cards, a fart whistle, a fake bug, and a candy bracelet. If the skee ball machines were not broken, we probably would have played those and gotten even more tickets.
Have a nice weekend everyone!

Well, Dad and I are pretty happy about finally being able to test, especially together. The test will be long, the test will be hard, but we will make it.
